How much can landlords raise rent in Indiana?

Under Indiana landlord tenant law, landlords are allowed to raise rent as much as they want. There is no limit on the amount a landlord can charge tenants in Indiana.

Additionally, landlords must make a good-faith effort to maintain the property and ensure that it remains in compliance with all housing codes.
